Clawson United Methodist Church is available for lease on a shared basis.
The new tenant could start their services after 11:30 am on Sunday morning (thus having the prime time) and have a weekday night service. It is possible that an earlier worship time might be available on Sunday in the sanctuary. A tenant renting the chapel or fellowship hall could start their service at any time on Sunday.
Lease Price $1,900 per month for the sanctuary
$1,000 per month for the chapel
$1,500 per month for the fellowship hall
Sanctuary
Seats 350 persons. The sanctuary is approx. 74 ft long and 44 feet wide and is located on the second floor.
Fellowship Hall
The fellowship hall is approx. 68 ft by 29 ft with a stage on one end. A tenant could set up the fellowship hall as their sanctuary using the stage for their altar. The tenant could leave their sound system and instruments set up in the fellowship for all their services. The kitchen area is adjacent to the fellowship hall.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen has 4 ovens and gas stoves, 1 commercial refrigerator with 1 commercial freezer and 6 sinks (42 ft by 13 ft). A commercial dishwasher is also available. The fellowship hall has doors directly into the kitchen.
Handicap Access
A secondary entrance, right by the handicap parking, does have an elevator and no steps.
Office
The landlord could make an unused classroom or office available for the tenant’s use during normal business hours.
Classrooms
Multiple classrooms are available throughout the building. The largest are approx. 25 ft by 33 ft.
Storage
The landlord will supply the tenant with some storage in the building for their personal property.
Parking
Onsite parking for fifteen (15) cars with three (3) handicap spaces. The surface streets adjacent to the church offers additional parking.
Heating and Cooling
The building has warm water radiant heat.
