Zoning Description
  The current zoning is RUF (.5 acre minimums) but the adjacent Residential is R1 (60'x120' lots). Parcel 990041 & 990042 are are zoned R1. The masterplan for Livonia has the majority of the parcel zoned multi-family residential with a density of 4 to 14 units per acre.
   
Adjacent Zoning
  To the west along Seven Mile, the zoning is commercial. To the East and South the zoning is RUF with some R1 mixed in on the smaller lots
   
Commercial Development
