Wesley United Methodist Church started in the beginning years of heady days
of growth in Warren. The congregation started its service in a
Shepard School in 1961. Forty-six families were the beginning
membership.
The end of the first year brought the membership up to 114. This
success generated the drive to build a church. The original construction
was completed in 1964. Eventually, the Wesley United Methodist
Church was merged with the Roseville United Methodist Church.
This frees this facility to be used by another church.
