The church is available for lease on a shared basis with the owner (30200 Schoenherr, Warren). The tenant would be able to start their service at 1 PM on Sunday and have a mid-week service. An early start is negotiable if the renter wanted to complete their service early on Sunday morning.

The church is approx. 7,000 square feet in size with a parking lot for 49 cars

The church was built on a slab with no steps. A handicap bathroom is available in the building.
Kitchen
The kitchen has 2 sinks, with a stove (6 burners and a grill) and refrigerator/freezer. The overall size is 17 ft by 17 ft and has a serving window and door onto the fellowship hall. The tenant can have a cabinet in the kitchen for storing their coffee and paper products.
Pastor’s Office
An office could be made available to the renter.
Fellowship Hall
The fellowship hall is approx. 43 ft by 32 ft and is adjacent to the kitchen and sanctuary.
Classrooms
Four classrooms are spread through out the building. The classrooms vary in size from 14 ft by 16 ft to 23 ft by 16 ft.
Parking Lot
49 parking spaces are contained in the church parking lot. Surface street parking is allowed on the side streets.
Heating & Cooling
The building has boiler for warm water radiant heat, plus a section has a forced air furnace for heating and cooling the remainder of the building. The majority of the building is air conditioned, however the sanctuary is not air conditioned.
