Sanctuary
400 persons on the first floor in the pews and altar. The sanctuary is approx. 81 ft by 81 ft. The balcony has four rows of pews (with seating for another 200) and holds the sound board. Also a projection booth is at the rear of the balcony for projecting images and scripture onto the screen at the rear of the altar. A baptismal pool is at the rear of the altar and is clearly visible to the entire sanctuary. The baptismal area has men and woman’s changing rooms with half baths.
Gym
95 ft by 60 ft with a hardwood floor and storage room. The kitchen is adjacent. This could easily double as the fellowship hall.
Kitchen
3 stoves (2 ovens and 10 burners) and 3 sinks (kitchen is located adjacent to the fellowship hall). The overall size of the kitchen is 21 ft. by 24 ft. A hood is above the stoves to remove the fumes.
Narthex
78 ft. by 26 ft. along the west side of the sanctuary. This is a great place for coffee hours or casual meals.
Handicap Access
The main floor of the building has a zero grade entrance (i.e. no steps) and a handicap bathroom is located on the main floor. The second floor of the church (balcony) does not have handicap access.
Classrooms
Children’s classroom is 67 ft. by 20ft. with with a half bath . This room is located next to the sanctuary. An office for the youth educational leader is located next to this room. The 2 large classrooms are on the east side of the building.
Offices
Multiple offices are located throughout the building. The pastor (24 ft by 17 ft) and first person’s office (19 ft by 13 ft) with a full bath are located on the southwest corner of the building.
Playground
Located on the south side of the property (35 ft by 61 ft) with fencing and equipment.
Parking
The on site has multiple parking lots. There are two parking lots to the west of the church building. A circular drive with covered drop off is on the west side of the church. A large parking lot is located at the northeast corner of Sorrento & Orangelawn. The parking lots are not paved so the water treatment expenses are minimized.
Heating & Cooling
The building has forced air furnaces for heat the air conditioning condensers have been removed.
