Bill Skubik
Religious Real Estate was formed by Bill Skubik in 2000. Bill Skubik has over three decades of experience in commercial real estate and as a church real estate agent and broker. As an accomplished church real estate agent and broker, past clients include the Free Methodist Church, Presbyterian, Lutheran (Missouri Synod), Lutheran (Wisconsin Synod), Free Will Baptist Church, Church of God (Indiana), Church of Christ, United Methodist Church, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod/English District), New Life Bible Baptist Church, and others.
Specializing in specialty real estate, Bill Skubik seamlessly integrates commercial real estate principles to deliver the sophistication and expertise churches and organizations need when navigating the property market. His portfolio of past sales range from $75,000 to $51,000,000. Past sales include churches, residential land, office buildings, charter schools, industrial properties and retail properties. This broad range of real estate types allows for “thinking outside the box” when approaching your real estate needs. The value of any given piece of real estate may be primarily the land, its building, or its value to an adjacent parcel.
Bill Skubik has an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Michigan (BSMME 84) and a graduate degree in Business from the University of Michigan (MBA 89). These qualifications equip him with the technical skills required for comprehensive property evaluation and optimal financing options.
Matthew Skubik
Matt Skubik is Vice President of Religious Real Estate, specializing in the sale, leasing, valuation, and marketing of church and religious properties throughout Michigan.
With more than a decade of experience in business management, sales, and marketing, Matt helps churches navigate complex real estate decisions, position their properties effectively, and communicate clearly throughout the transaction process. His background in ministry and service on the Plant Team at Rooted Church provide firsthand insight into the operational, financial, and community needs of congregations.
Matt works with churches through property sales, shared-use leases, property searches, and other real estate decisions that affect their ministry and long-term plans.
